Hollynd C. Hoskins, Esq.
Trial Lawyer | Advocate | Leader
Hollynd Hoskins is one of Colorado’s leading trial lawyers, with more than 33 years of courtroom experience. Her award-winning litigation practice spans medical malpractice, personal injury, trucking accidents, wrongful death, and criminal defense. Over her distinguished career, she has tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict and secured numerous multi-million-dollar settlements, verdicts, and criminal acquittals for her clients.
Hollynd began her career serving the community as a Lead Trial Deputy for the Colorado State Public Defender, where she spent over a decade trying complex homicide and death penalty cases. Her exceptional results earned her the honor of “Trial Lawyer of the Year” for achieving a complete acquittal on all charges—including five homicide counts—in People v. Garcia.
After her public service, Hollynd entered private practice as a Partner at a leading medical malpractice and personal injury firm, where she spent 15 years representing severely injured clients and leading a large trial team to deliver justice and life-changing results.
Throughout her career, Hollynd has remained deeply committed to pro bono advocacy, securing a complete acquittal on homicide charges for one client and achieving a grant of clemency from Governor Hickenlooper for another, whose juvenile life-without-parole sentence was commuted.
Today, Hollynd continues to be recognized as a trusted resource among her peers. Lawyers across Colorado refer cases to her and seek her counsel as co-counsel and trial consultant due to her well-earned reputation for passionate advocacy, strategic precision, and tireless pursuit of justice.
